Our Services
Whether you’re looking for a custom design
or an off-the-shelf plan that will require little modification,
we can take you the rest of the way. We can also show you “spec” homes,
virtually ready for you to move in.
As part of this ongoing
support, EFC provides a six-year warranty on all new home construction
projects. Few custom home builders offer this type of extended warranty
provision. Ours is backed by the Residential Warranty Company (NWC),
one of the nation’s top warranty
providers.
Coming from business and engineering backgrounds,
we have scheduling and planning tools that enable us to cost
out projects accurately for our clients. This way you can make
your selections, express your preferences and see accurately what
they will cost before moving forward. Open communication and collaboration
are key.
